The complex of stone images (petroglyphs) near the White
Sea, in Karelia, has greater amount of images than the complex of petroglyphs near Onego Lake. The
number of stone canvases of the White Sea is more than two thousands. The
complex is situated 325 kilometres to the North from the petroglyphs of

from the White Sea. The images can be found on the surface of many large
rocks. These rocks were situated on the shores and islands of the river Vyg, in ancient times.
